We invest a high amount in our strategic sourcing and the development of our own suppliers. This also comprises the implementation of quality management systems and process improvements. Regular audits and reviews ensure that suppliers meet the required standards and continuously work on their performance.

We ensure the resulting lawful and correct behavior by obliging all our employees to be personally responsible for upholding the law and adhering to internal guidelines in their working environment. Every employee is urged to report criminal conduct, deficiencies, or risks to the company as a means of protecting against company damaging actions, preventing fraud and other white-collar crime.
